TAN SRI DATO' DR. KHOR ENG CHUEN, JP
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tan Sri Dato' Dr. Khor Eng Chuen is a "Kedahan" born in Kulim. He is the founder of ECK Development Sdn Bhd and ECK Construction Sdn Bhd, a leading civil engineering Grade G7. As Managing Director of ECK Development Sdn Bhd, he made big strides in planning and developing the project Taman Desaku, a unique residential and commercial township with a gross development value of approximately RM1.6Billion cater to support the accommodation needs arise from nearby Kulim Hi-Tech Industrial Park and the community around Padang Meha and Kuala Ketil.
His strong interest and intuition in constructions, his vision to change and challenge traditional, his foresight in business, a strong alliance with leading business partners, good rapport with government authorities and agency has cast his path of success in numerous winning civil and building contracts undertaken. His career and hard works reach climax particularly with his successful achievement and conferment of the PhD. Degree in Construction Management from the University of Trinity.
Tan Sri Dato' Dr. Khor Eng Chuen has positioned himself further into the international arena through cooperation with a strategic international partner. The renowned economic giant, People's Republic of China ("PROC") has on the 16th of August 2014, through its international company the 21st Metallurgical Construction Co. Ltd. appointed Tan Sri Dato' Dr, Khor Eng Chuen as its sole agent and partner to undertake all construction projects and to invest in real estate market in Malaysia on behalf of PROC. It is believed that this international partnership would strengthen the good friendship and cooperation between our beloved Malaysia and China.
Today, with all the hard works and dedication, ECK Group has formed a joint venture with Beijing Urban Construction Group (BUGG), become one of the largest international comprehensive construction group.
DATO' LEE CHEE HOE
SENIOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dato’ Lee Chee Hoe started his career as an Executive in Consortium Telekom Sapura focusing on the SMART SCHOOL PROJECT upon graduating with a BBA from University of Tasmania, Australia.
He moved to Fujitsu System Business Malaysia (FSBM) and successfully launched the “Ipzone”. Dato' Lee has had some experience in managing his own Xin Engineering Resources in 2004 with a few completed key projects including Kuala Lumpur Municipal, Wawasan Building, MIMOS Building at Technology Park, Sunway Pyramid 2, and The Pavilion Shopping Centre.
In year 2009, he joined Beijing Urban Construction Group (Malaysia), constructing ‘The Pearl Tower’ at Jalan Stonor before joining the Zenith Group in 2010.
RAZIF AHMAD BIN ZUBER AHMAD KHAN

Born in 1982, Mr Razif Ahmad is known as a firm person in carrying out his duties. At a young age, he has spearheaded several mega projects and assisted the company in managing and monitoring projects implemented by the company.
Mr Razif Ahmad has managed mega projects which are mostly infrastructure projects. His advantage of being able to work under pressure and as a problem solver allows him to move forward in whatever problems encountered in a project.
His dedication was evident when he was given a bigger task to lead the company to another level and manages a bigger construction team. This resulted in him was able to handle multi-billion projects with great efficiency.
He was honoured with B. Eng. (Hons). In Engineering(Civil Engineering and Diploma in Civil Engineering from Politeknik Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah. Prior to his entrance to ECK Development Sdn. Bhd. he has experience in a consultant firm, a development firm, a construction firm and a soil laboratory. His vast experience in the field suggested that he is meant for the industry
